Marley has a great nature, he loves everyone and is very good with other dogs. We cannnot fault him in any way.

My son who has asthma and is normally allergic to dogs but he has been fine!

Dear Sue and Andy,

End of day 2.

Barney is absolutely delightful. Very gentle and affectionate.

He has pretty well mastered the sit. (For a few seconds!) and is leading my Poppy a merry dance.--He would not leave her in peace to start with, but between me and Poppy he is already starting to learn his manners.

He could sleep for Britain, and what an appetite!!!

RE: Tess

Dear Andy and Sue,

Just a quick note to let you know how the first 24 hours went with Tess. She was a star in the car – it took us 3 hours to get back due to traffic and apart from being a little squirmy to begin with, she settled down and wasn’t car sick or needed the toilet for the whole way! She’s so affectionate and very friendly. She ‘sits’ when tempted with treats/her food and is even fetching a small squeaky tennis ball! She does hate to be away from us, though, and whines every time we leave the room, but we’re slowly working on that. She whined all last night – bless her, it was her first night away from her brothers and sisters and it was so hard not to go to her. Toilet training needs more luck than you wished us, more misses than hits at the moment, but it’s very early days – thank goodness the Sunday broadsheets are out today!

We’ll let you know how she gets on over the next couple of weeks and send you some photos then. She’s lovely and we adore her – thank you so much for her.
