Re: 'Teddy'
27th February 2008
Hello Wendy & Sue
I am sending you a recent photo of Teddy. Teddy is growing fast, he now weighs 4.2 kg. He is a wonderful little fellow and we cannot remember what our family was like before him. He is great with the children and is devoted to myself and my husband. Housetraining is still a little patchy but we are working on it.
He is such a big hit with everyone he meets that I have a friend who has asked for your details to see if you are planning to have another litter in the future. Do you mind if I pass your e mail details on to her?
Enjoy the photos and I look forward to hearing from you.
Kind regards
Kathleen Simpson

Re: 'Monty'

Hello,
I have been meaning to make contact with you for ages, but I am afraid to tempt fate! But I just wanted to say how thrilled we our with our puppy, who was named Monty.
He has been a fantastic pet and great addition to our family. He is much loved, obedient (most of the time!) and very loving.
We couldn't have asked for more, in fact my only regret is that we didn't get two - but I can't push my luck!
thanks again,
Shelly ( and Elisha)

(Barney, still only 8 week's old)
Hi Sarah, Sue & Andy
Thought I'd give you an update on our beautiful Barney. As I told Sarah, Barney was just so good on the way home. Bearing in mind we were in the car more than 2 hours, he wasn't sick nor did he wee-wee the whole journey. He sat on my daughter's lap as good as gold and slept for most of the journey. The whole family love him to bits and he is really friendly and pleased to see people. He chases around, running after anything that's thrown for him amd particularly likes a small twisted rope which he now carries around in his mouth. He eats every meal (as though it's his last) and altogether is a joy. We are having a bit of trouble at night though. When it's time to be put in the kitchen for the night, he cries and almost howls for several hours. I don't think he is frightened or anything like that, it's just that he wants to be with us and doesn't appreciate being left alone. I've tried leaving a small light on so that he not left in the dark, putting a well covered warm hot water bottle in his bed under his fleece, but at the moment nothing works. I'm sure it won't last long as he realises that we are back again in the morning, but my heart aches for him and I have to make myself not to go back to see him.
Thank you so much for our lovely puppy - already I can't imagine life without him.
Will keep you updated and send you some photo's soon.
Our very best regards
Joan & Tony Haynes

Re: 'Cookie'
March 1st 2008
Hello Sue and Andy,
I hope you are well? I thought you might like to have an update! Please find enclosed some more pictures of the wonder that is Cookie, or the Cookie monster as she is better known these days! She really does light up our lives, every morning she wakes us by walking over our heads! She loves life, is the happiest dog I've ever come across and everyone seems to love her too. She is quite a mischief and knows she can get away with lots because of her doleful eyes, she hates being on her own and has to be involved in everything.
We've finished puppy classes for now and she's quite good at your 'sit' and 'wait' and 'down' especially when treats are involved, however her 'heel' is not great as she is always in such a rush to get to places!
I'm pretty sure she's quite intelligent if a little clumsy on her feet from sheer excitement, our puppy trainer nicknamed her the "pocket rocket' which seems to fit a little too well! She doesn't take any grumpiness from other dogs and is very persistent that dogs however big must play with her - I think she gets that from growing up as a girl in a litter of all boys!
Anyway I just wanted to thank you again for a truly wonderful pup.
Lots of love
Nicole and Mat
