Re: Dexter

Hi Sue, Andy,

Just to let you know that Dexter was really well behaved on the 2 hour drive home and he never cried or needed the toilet. He seems to have settled in really well and is getting there with the toilet training. He slept until 4:30 this morning which we thought was good for his first night in a strange house and there is no problem getting him to eat!

As you can see from the photo he's enjoying his new toys and all the fuss.

Thanks for your help and breeding such a lovely set of puppies.

We'll keep you updated with more photos.

Take care

Nikki, Trevor & Girls

Re: 'Bertie'

Dear Andy & Sue

Just wanted to drop you a line to say a big thank you for our wonderful pup Bertie. He was so good on the journey home - slept pretty much all the way - waking only to give us a tail wag! followed your instructions re a hot water bottle at night and by night three - he has slept through (I had to wake him) - and his bed/crate was pristine!

He is now going out onto the patio for his toilet (9 times out of 10) and is sitting and shaking a paw on demand, just working on 'stay' - not bad for day five!..

We went. to vet today for his first jab - he excelled himself (again!) the injection didnt bother him in the slightest (in fact he was laying down licking the vets hand!). She was very happy with him and he completely bowled her and the nurse over.

He is able to be left alone for a couple of hours a day without problem (not that it is easy for us to actually leave him!).

Cant imagine being without him - thank you.

Will keep you updated with news/photos. Will forward better ones on - once the rain stops and we can take some outside.

best wishes and many thanks

Donna, Marcus & Gus

Re: Oakley

Hello Sue and Andy,

Just thought we would say hello and let you know Oakley is doing really well. He can now sit, lay down and paw on command, we are trying to teach him beg but he doesn't seem to be too keen on that! He has lost most of his baby teeth - had a few days where he could chew on my hand. We went away to the lake district a couple of week ago and he loved walking around one of the lakes, especially the very muddy puddles!!!! We will send pictures of him showing how he cant sit covered in mud!!! and in the snow - we couldn't get him back in the house he loved every minute. He is still getting very spoiled by our families and get a lot of fuss and attention when we go on walkies.

He is getting his fur cut on wednesday, I was just wondering if you have got any recommendations on what style would suit him best???

Hope you are both well.

Take care

Laura, Steven and Oakley xxx
