Thankyou for your interest in purchasing one of our forthcoming litter of Cockapoo Puppies. Reservations will oly be accepted once there has been a confirmed pregnancy.

We do not allow viewings of puppies before 6 weeks of age as there is a high risk of infection for our puppies before that age. When the puppies reach 6 weeks old you will be invited to visit our home to meet the puppies and both parents, whilst you are here it will enable us to meet you and your family to assess your suitability for one of our puppies. We will not sell our puppies to people we have not met in person, will not meet people halfway to sell a puppy and also under no circumstances would we allow a courier service to collect a puppy for you.

Deposits are accepted on a very limited basis to reserve a puppy from an upcoming Mum/litter.

Advance reservations are limited to 5 puppies in a litter

The remaining puppies that are not reserved will be sold on a first come first served basis.

Buyers with reservations will be given first choice of the cockapoo puppies from the litter, before the remaining puppies are available to the public (with the exception of any pups retained by the breeder).

If the litter should not offer the colour/sex that the buyer is seeking, the buyer will have the following options:-

1) Choose any other pup from that litter if not already reserved

2) Apply their deposit towards another puppy currently available

3) Apply their deposit to a Mum/litter in the future

A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF £100 IS REQUIRED TO PUT AN ADVANCE RESERVATION ON A TOPMAC COCKAPOO PUPPY. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT.

The deposit will be applied towards the total PURCHASE PRICE OF £750+ DEPENDING ON COLOUR (An advance reservation does not cost you anything extra - it simply guarantees you a puppy from that litter depending on the size of the litter).

We do reserve the right to refuse Deposit/payment if we feel our puppy would not have the best home possible. Your deposit reserves a puppy for you, however it does not guarantee that we will sell you one of our puppies if we feel the puppies temperament is not a good match for your family. If we feel a pup would not be well placed with you your deposit will be refunded in full.

YOUR DEPOSIT IS A PROMISE TO BUY A PUPPY.

If for any reason you (THE BUYER) changes his/her mind on a puppy they FORFIET their deposit. If something should happen to the puppy or it is not available for health reasons, the deposit will be applied to another puppy, a later litter or will be refunded to the buyer.

This means the only time a deposit is refunded is if the puppy has a medical illness at its 7 to 8 week vet check that would keep the puppy from being a healthy family member or if we decide that you are not suited to one of our puppies.

All puppies must be collected by their 8th week.
